Go green! Bring your old TVs, computers, telephones, etc. to the Virginia Aquarium on January 21st for an e-cycling event from 10 am – 2 pm.
The following types of equipment will be accepted at this event:
- Personal computers and laptops
- Printers
- Monitors and flat screens
- Telephones, cell phones, and PDAs
- Fax Machines
- Televisions smaller than 32”
- Circuit boards and components
- Stereo equipment and game systems
Most electronics contain hazardous or toxic materials such as lead and mercury that cause environmental issues if disposed of improperly. Do your part to protect public health and the environment by attending the Aquarium’s E-Cycle event!
