Sand Replenishment Update-July 20th

The Sandbridge Beach community recieved some postive news this week regarding the Sand Replenishment. Representative Scott Rigell and the House of Representatives approved the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act. Within the Act, Rigell included wording that would remove the federal barrier that had restricted the Army Corps of Engineers from accepting the necessary funds that Sandbridge had raised for the replenishment project. Locals enjoy Reef-Fest at the Oceanfront

On July 13, a group of Sandbridge locals utilized the Sandbridge Shuttle and took a trip down to 17th Street Surf Shop on the Oceanfront for Reef-Fest.
