SUP paddlers braved the choppy Atlantic waves this weekend in Sandbridge. A 4 mile Kahuna Course, 2 mile Akahi, and the Keiki Kids Race brought out a fantastic crowd with all proceeds benefiting the Kraig Vickers Memorial Fund.
The Second Annual Double Clutch Fishing Tournament was held on September 24 at the Baja Restaurant. This fundraising event benefited the Bob Aaron Memorial Scholarship. With live music from local band IDGB, delicious BBQ served, a silent auction and a beach party hosted by the Baja it was a day full of fishing, friends and fun!
Tie up your racing shoes and get your run on at Little Island Park Saturday (October 1st) morning for the LiveStrong Sandbridge Dolphin 5K and 10K Challenge. As you run through the picturesque community of Sandbridge, alongside Back Bay and the beach, you’ll be raising money for the Lance Armstrong LiveStrong foundation.
