 The main living space is located on the second floor. Warm and inviting Coastal decor abounds! The living and dining areas are exquisitely decorated with uninhibited views of the Atlantic. The dining area is ideal for entertaining the whole family! Aside from the east facing living room there is also an additional seating area on the west side of the home with a wet bar. A great spot to get away and enjoy a book or refreshing cocktail! Ready to whip up a few family style meals? The chef’s kitchen will not disappoint! Well appointed with two dishwashers, two ranges, two refrigerators, breakfast bar, and an oversized pantry.  Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a spacious King suite with comfortable furnishings, deck access, with a private full bath.

One of the highlights of this home is the second floor Gazebo with outdoor dining and gas grills for guests' use. Indulge in a fresh surf and turf meal while listening to the sounds of Sandbridge and all that mother nature has to offer. There is also a quaint sitting area at the top of the steps with a table perfect for puzzles or a game of cards, a desk for catching up on a few emails, and a second laundry room.
