• There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Seaside Condos do not have an elevator.
• The Seaside Condo Units and Community Areas are Non- Smoking
• Pets are not permitted.
