Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 Full Baths there is plenty of room for everyone! On the first floor you will find two bedrooms. The first, a King Bedroom with ensuite bath. The second, A Queen with access to the hall bath. There is also a lovely sitting room with TV and access to the pool deck. The laundry room is also located on this level. The second floor is where family and friends will undoubtedly gather after a day soaking up the sun! A spacious, open concept great room, kitchen, dining combo with access to beach side decks and great ocean views makes for well spent quality time. When your are ready for some downtime, start a puzzle or read a good book while lounging on the Sun Porch just off of the great room area. There are 3 bedrooms located on the second level of this home. They include a King with ensuite bath, kids bunkroom with 2 Twin/Twin bunks, and a bedroom with a double bed.
